ADMINISTRATION
Duties and functions:
Accounting:
- payroll, accounts payable, Tax and Utility billing and collection
- Budget, annual, capital and monthly financial reports
Legislative:
- administers the legislative processes including elections, preparing agendas and minutes for council and committee meetings,
- maintenance of public records including minutes, by-laws, assessment records, resolutions, etc.
- administrative support to council
Public Support
- responding to enquiries from the public
- providing forms and applications for municipal and provincial programs

Regular Hours of Operation: Weekdays 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Council Meetings: (generally but subject to some scheduling changes)
1st Wednesday of the month (Planning Matters) 6:30 p.m.
2nd Wednesday of the month (Regular Meeting) 1:00 p.m.
4th Wednesday of the month (Miscellaneous) 6:30 p.m.
