Mr. Dick Vlaming - Fire Chief for the R.M. of Springfield.  Mr. Vlaming possesses vast experience in fire fighting, prevention and investigation.  Dick has been a member of the Springfield Volunteer Fire Department since 1983 and with the City of Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service since 1986.  Please join us in welcoming Dick in his new leadership role.
