Mr. Dick Vlaming - Fire Chief for the R.M. of Springfield. Mr. Vlaming possesses vast experience in fire fighting, prevention and investigation. Dick has been a member of the Springfield Volunteer Fire Department since 1983 and with the City of Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service since 1986.
