The R.M. of Springfield provides snow and ice control on all weather roadways and sidewalks. Any significant accumulations of snow will be cleared from roads and streets as required. In the event of a major snowfall roads and sidewalks will be cleared as soon as possible.
All property owners are responsible for clearing snow windrows from the end of their approaches and driveways. Pushing or depositing snow from private properties onto public roadways is not permitted.
