Clean Environment Commission Hearings
Following a motion by the RMs of Springfield, East St. Paul and St. Clements on February 14 to delay the Hearings pending the provision of additional information, the CEC Hearings commenced on February 15 and ran through to March 10.
These Hearings provided participants and the public an opportunity to raise challenging concerns pertaining to the Floodway Expansion. See tanscripts (link below) for detail.
The report from the CEC is expected in early June.
