Offices Closed Due to Inclement Weather
Due to inclement weather conditions, all municipal offices are closed to the public today, December 18, 2025. The Hillside Waste Transfer Station is also closed and will be evaluated for reopening as weather conditions are reviewed.
Emterra will not be servicing the Thursday Waste and Recycling Collection Route in Oakbank. Collection will be rescheduled to Monday, December 22.
The planning meeting scheduled for this evening has been cancelled. A notice will be posted once a new meeting date is confirmed in January.
Please avoid travel when possible. Staying home helps keep roads safer for emergency services and snow-clearing operations.
